Yesterday things got really snowy here in Cincinnati for Golf Lessons.
Yet - the current 2-time Ohio High School Champion...a couple members of the St. Xavier High School Golf team that finished 2nd at the Ohio High School Golf Tournament...a Taylor High School Golf team member and...a member of the Kettering Alter High School team that finished 2nd for the smaller schools in Ohio... still kept working on their Golf Games with me at Meadow Links & Golf Academy.
No snow in our Indoor Golf Studio...Any wonder these are the type Players that play so well and win so much in the Summer?
There's even a little humor for you in this video.
In addition to my ideas from yesterday for ways you can improve your Golf Swing 'On The Video'; let me give you some ways you can improve...
When you go to a heated and covered Driving Range, like Meadow Links & Golf Academy, hit 'bad' shots intentionally.
Okay, okay...let me explain.
If you slice, try to hit some hooks. Close the face at address and see what happens.
If you're bad shots are hooks, try to hit some slices. Open the face at address and see what happens.
About 75% of the time I've asked you to do this, you hit it straight. It really blows your mind when you experience this.
This also helps you improve your Golf Swing 'Feel & Perception'. You now can equate a wildly different 'Feel & Perception' - to a wildly different type of Golf Swing and resulting 'Ball-Flight'.
Generally you will have one of two reactions to this suggestion and drill.
1) If you are the type person that does not like 'wrong answers' and mistakes...you generally will not take me up on this Suggs-gestion. Yet if you try it - you'll tend to really like it and maybe not take yourself quite so seriously in the future.
2) If you tend to like experimenting...you will probably love this idea and immediately see the benefit.
Feel free to call me at 513 825-3701 and let me know your results...or just describe your experience in the 'Comment' box below.
Talk to you tomorrow - with another try at a 'Right Answer' to a good SAQ.
Sure hope to see you on Tuesday or Wednesday for the FREE 15-minute 3D Video Swing-Cheks.
Just follow the aroma of Darlene's Hot Mulled Apple Cider into the Indoor Golf Studio...you might find some home-made Christmas cookies there as well.

Awesome winter "Golf Cave"; it's very important to see real ball trajectory in addition to the wireless swing vest info. It's great you give a dvd of the lesson for subconscious reinforcement of the lesson. Gosh, have you thought of everything???
